IS IT STILL LOVE | Written by Oke Oladayo
When the weeping can't stop
When the smooth face gets rough.
Then, we met like we won't stop
Now, we see and five minutes is enough.
Now that our emotions stooped flowing
Now that the love seed stopped growing
Then, our discussion was free-flowing
Now, the light has stopped glowing.
When our activities now follows rhythm
And our well being has no meaning
When misunderstanding is the only prize we redeem
And conflict is the only side that's winning.
When the sea is reduced to stream
And the future is out of the dream
When the burning water is reduced to a steam
And the shinning star is reduced to a dim.
When the stories we started
Is completed, differently from each end
Is it still love that we share?
Or just a tale that will soon end.

Confused Lover | Written by Okoye Deborah
Confused lover
He smiles like the dolphins,
His teeth like the tower of Babel,
Honey and milk flows from his lips
He stood like the soldier of war.
Be my lover were his words
Why does his eyes says No?
I want eternity with you but
Why does his body says No?
I want to play with your lips all day,
Dancing to the wave of the breeze with you.
Pick the roses the garden threw at us,
Like childhood friend we blabber relentlessly.
Now I stand up to you
But you quiver like the weaver,
I look into your eyes
But you remain mute like silence.
Even the evening shone it's beauty ,
But like the smokes of Hades you spread an aura,
No songs of Solomon to his queen.
Who will bail you out of your despair ?
He is like the wave of the sea,
His heart has swayed by the time ,
He tried to figure his like,
But like a child who lost his way
He stared
He smiles like the dolphins,
His teeth like the tower of Babel,
Honey and milk flows from his lips
He stood like the soldier of war.
Be my lover were his words
Why does his eyes says No?
I want eternity with you but
Why does his body says No?
I want to play with your lips all day,
Dancing to the wave of the breeze with you.
Pick the roses the garden threw at us,

He is like the wave of the sea,
His heart has swayed by the time ,
He tried to figure his like,
But like a child who lost his way
He stared

BE MINE | Written by Oke Oladayo and Beloved John
BE MINE
The time says dawn,
My heart sees dusk.
This isn't stupid in love!
Years had held my breaths
Now they call on you.
My eyes bleeds your name
My sleep worships you.
Please be my king
And enslave my heart
You may rule my world
There is no need to ask.
Joy has set the throne
Just come take your seat.
Like the waves of the ocean
Feelings perturbed my spirit.
It's decades already,
Let my soul walk away
From the circle you built
Well crafted on your mind.
Hey, continue to swim
In the waters of illusion.
I've found a dazzling maiden
On my last visit to heaven
My spirit melts at the glance of her.
Voice of her captivated my soul
Though, yet to gift diamonds of admiration.
Who is she that steals my crown?
Let the heavens be ablaze.
In your comfort I remain,
To fill your bliss and feel your pain.
Woo be told, I'll die for you.
Close your balls, I'll be your sight
All my life would watch your steps
While my tongue would serve your feast.
All my channels are routes to you
Walk this way to Canaan land,
Drink my milk with honey's divine
Watch the feet i long to kiss.
Lead these thoughts with sweets from you.
Wake up from your deep slumber
That dream would never last till morning.
Listen to the beats of my steps,
They're on a journey to foreverland.
I've sailed through the Pacific ocean
To gift the zeal of affections.
In me is an engraved icon of her
Vastly built like the ancient pyramids.
Her smile alone wears off my stress,
Though waiting to secure a moment.
Dreams brought the image of her,
My shadow featured like her figure,
Isn't this a divine merriment?
Now my lust knows sorrows,
My lingering pain could swallow.
These beats hits my angers
They bid my ears to follow.
I wail to see you quiver
Down the feet of another
Welcome my sleep, meet slumber!
Till he calls my number.
I would be his saviour
When he asks my favour.
Sail well till forever, My dearest.
I blessed grace your sailor.
While I lay with silence at the shores of never.
Through my voyage in this city
All I saw was clothing of pity.
Rivers of feelings
Flowing towards my rock.
But I chose not to drink from your river.
Though your voice constipated my bowels
As your wholeness remained in me,
Your wholeness made me shiver.
But the soul mate in my dream
Has driven away the soul in me.
The one I long to kiss
Has ruined my joy within the tunnel.
So, let's both lay in silence at the shores of never.

VOW | Written by: Oke Oladayo
Since have been imprisoned in your jail,
I have no other message to mail;
To other ladies traveling on rail.
`Cos without you I could become frail.
Forever will I bless that day,
That beautiful Wednesday
Which fate brought us together
And made our lives better.
Many are the birds on the sky,
But I've chosen to be your guy.
Many are the fishes in the sea,
But I want to be the only one that you'll see.
And even when it seems stormy,
And no one is ready to stand in gap as plumy.
Be sure I'll be by your right side,
And take you on a super ride
Away from the region of the raging sea,
To where nobody else could grasp or see.
I've poured out to you all my feelings now,
And to you it's tagged as my vow.

POEM| Our Fortune for ill Luck Written by John Beloved
It was gladness made untamed when we left our spot for attention
Our garments soiled with danger as we try hard to hunt for fame
How crappy was our state at the point when our strength leads us astray?
We all are lost in the land of glitters while heading for the land of glory
Our fortune is an addict of ill luck and our fate took a walk around the village of the broken
And while we all are asleep
Paranoia knocks,
here comes the visiting stranger that might never leave
Oh yes! he never did
but became our ruler and brought unto us more strangers for family and controllers of our lives.
Pareidolia smiles at us all, the gorgeous prostitute,we never could resist, we all became adulterers.
How sudden had it all happened, right before the thought of an eye twinkle
We were lost in this sorrowful land of glitters
As slaves to king glamour
We married the lovely daughters of this land, pride.
As we abide by the rules to pretence
We fake our smiles outside the boundaries of our village
Working hard to feed our dear pride
For we never can dare to leave her jilted
Our discussion with counsel, was a flashback,
In our thoughts we are lost in regret from the decisions we made action
Quite late for a return, for the gates from glitters has been sealed at our entry.
Our garments soiled with danger as we try hard to hunt for fame
How crappy was our state at the point when our strength leads us astray?
We all are lost in the land of glitters while heading for the land of glory
Our fortune is an addict of ill luck and our fate took a walk around the village of the broken

FOREVER I Written by: Oke Oladayo
Slowly the night fell on us.
As we watched the moon smiling,
And the stars dancing,
Our hearts started connecting,
Which led us to singing.
Like stars that shine at night
could be so bright,
Love at first sight could be so right.
But when everything appears hazy,
Be sure am not crazy.
Understand how I feel,
Even if my presence can't be felt.
Now that fate has taken the wheel,
Let's serenely take the back seat,
As we watch it ride us
On the sea of tenderness,
To the abode of sempiternal ecstasy,
Where we would dwell forever.

FATE | Written by Oke Oladayo and Edwards Josephine
I never knew the wind could sing
But slowly it whispered your name
Then I thought I could be your king
And perhaps let your smile cast away my shame.
King you might be, but not of my heart
For the kingdom that u seek, to another it belongs
Happy am I not, to see u depart
Neither regrets, for I have done no wrong.
Before I warble to the city faraway
Why not listen to the words of my heart?
Before I sail through that way
Why not follow me in my cart?
What shall it profit me to listen to you?
You whose words are engraved in my being
Unto what purpose should I follow you?
For just the thought of you leaves me reeling.
Let's forget the tome of the past
And dwell once again in the abode of affection
Render your thoughts to what came last
Maybe I could have my way in your motion.
Let us engage in one final dance
One last ritual to say goodbye
And let our story be written by chance
And fate determine whether we celebrate or cry.

PAROXYSM | Written by Oke Oladayo
On my way to the river
I heard the winds screaming
The trees started to shiver
Just like I was only dreaming.
Through the village orifice,
A certain voice swept my feets away.
Like the executive chair in the office,
I rolled beyond my way.
When I got to my horizon
I was told my pot had been broken.
Rivers of water took a source from my lids,
My lips left with thousand words unspoken.
She left me in the pit of loneliness,
Who cares about my existence?
Sorrow became my favorite meal,
As the picture of the nature made no sense.
Just when the wound was getting healed,
And my world getting back into its shape.
It was then life removed the seal,
Of the one I bear his name.
Now that my track has been replaced by wall,
How do I sail through the ocean of sorrow,
Now that my path has been played like ball,
How do I bear the challenges of tomorrow?

MEET A PROWESS FEMALE ARTIST.
Can we me meet you ma?
My name is Adegoke Temitope Janet (ATJ). A 400level student of Bowen university Iwo, Osun state. Department of anatomy. Why do you choose to be an artist despite your discipline (Anatomy)?
Ahahhaah... I have been drawing for 12 years now.. Since jss1.. Art is my hobby slash passion am actually just an amateur artist am still learning how to draw. And i actually want to be a medical doctor. What inspires you to draw?
Plenty things actually first of God all good and perfect gifts come from him. Then secondly is self challenge. When i see something am like.. Can i do this? How did they do this? Is it easy?? Will i get it???? I should get better.... Etc etc
Thirdly also when i see other artists work am like... God!!!!! This is soooo nice!!! I need to do something nice too!
When do you intend to go for medicine?
Hopefully as soon as i graduate next year, by Gods grace. How would you cope with your drawings coupled with medicine?
I believe God will see me through He just has to consider the duration of studying medicine.Don't you think it would affect your marital life?
I believe God will give me wisdom and by God's grace everything will be balanced.
What would you love to be known for, Artist or Medical doctor?
Both😂😂😂😂The popular Dr Sid of Mavins Records studied Medcine but was actually known for Music, looking at future, give us a perfect assumption of what you would really love to be known for?
I guess my answer will be : Lets watch and see.
Has your present discipline ever inspire you to draw before?
HahahahhaCurrently I do 13 forms of art. Drawing people is too cliche for me. Everyone draws people. If you pick 100 artists in Nigeria 99 are drawing people. I want to be different. I want to expose Nigerians to other forms of art because Nigerians just feel art is about drawing people. Everyone always asks me if I will draw people. Because that's all they know.
So I want to change the mindset.
Can you list those 13 forms of art that you ventured into?
1 silhouette art2 cartoon
3 anime
4 geometric art
5 henna art
6 mandala
7 micro art
8 anatomy illustrations
9 women's fashion illustrations
10 science drawings
11 calligraphy
12 abstract art
13 motif art
What's the highest duration you've ever used in drawing?
Laughs, more than 15hours plus. I can draw from morning to night.Should we call your drawing skill a hobby or a gift from God?
I usually stop keeping record when i reach 12/13/14 hoursDon't understand this part
Its both! Janet's Art is 2%talent and 98% hard work practice perseverance and Gods grace. I stop keeping record of the hours when i reach 12 hours or 13 hours or 14hours. Around this period because I will be tired.
Tell us what you do with your skills
I sell hand designed books 60leaves,Jotters,
Customized diaries,
I also do frame works.
