WAKE UP written by Oke Oladayo

Let's leave that famous four letter words today
And converse on another beautiful matter.
What about those dreams?
Everything you said you'd do
Are you caught up with nightmares?
Or why haven't your dream come true?

But to every hands on desk
Fighting the dreads of poverty
Trying to conquer the hand to mouth syndrome
Your sweats are seen, they won't dry off in vain.
Just try more, crown awaits you.

For the newbies, seeing this cosmos as fun field
Still being fed either by silver or bronze spoon
I laugh in the language of the aliens
I do not understand their laughter
So does no one would understand when you're faced with realities.
